    ‍    By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
  2. Use License
    Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Bayou Broom Company's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Bayou Broom Company's web site; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.   4. Cancellation
    We understand that things come up suddenly. So, if it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, Bayou Broom Company requires 48 hours notice. If Bayou Broom Company receives less 48 hour notice, it will be necessary to charge you a $75 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of the appointment or we cannot access the home, we will charge a $200 cancellation fee. Certain emergency situations may be exempt from these charges. All future cleanings will remain unchanged. Schedule or service changes may not be made through service providers. Please contact our office directly for schedule changes .Recurring service is priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply.
  5. Access To Your Home
    Access to your home is required for Bayou Broom Company representatives to perform it's services. If someone is not to be present at your home during the clean, arrangements must be made to ensure access to the home during the scheduled cleaning time. If such access is not provided, it will result in a cancellation and fee's will apply.  See above for the cancellation fee notice.
  6. Payments
    Bayou Broom Company accepts all major credit/debit cards for payment. After the booking process is completed, a hold will be placed on your card for the full amount of the clean. If a cancellation occurs within the cancellation window defined above, this hold will be removed within 3 - 5 business days. After cleaning services are completed, the full payment will be charged to your card.
  7. Scheduling
    Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. We strive to have the same staff members clean your home or office on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed.

    Due to vacation, illness or departure from the company, Bayou Broom Company may provide a different cleaning professional. If, due to the unique nature of your home, your service providers are unable to complete your cleaning within the amount of time requested, we may call you to ask for authorization to spend more time cleaning your home. We will inform you of additional costs accordingly before proceeding with the work.
  8. Arrival Windows
    To ensure quality service for all valued clients, Bayou Broom Company cannot specify exact arrival times. Arrival windows allow our cleaning professionals to handle all the variables of each day and each home without affecting the promises we make to you.

    Service provider(s) will arrive within a one hour window of your booking time. Our service providers will be sure to inform you well ahead of time if they will be arriving later than your scheduled time.
  9. In-Home Time (Labor Hours)
    ‍    Generally, our service providers work in teams of one or two. Please note that, when more than one person is assigned, the quoted time required to complete the job, which was given in labor hours, is reduced. For example, if you were scheduled for a five labor-hour service and two service providers are assigned, the total in-home cleaning time is two and one-half hours.
  10. Holidays
    If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday that Bayou Broom Company observes, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning.
  11. Feedback
    Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we need your feedback to help us improve our service.  Please take a moment to rate us using the link sent to your phone or email once the service is complete to offer your comments. We value your opinions and your feedback is essential for us to serve you better.
  12. 48-Hour Guarantee/Refund Policy
    Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We are unable to offer a refund, but Bayou Broom Company will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 48 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.
  13. Gratuity
    Bayou Broom Company never requires you to tip, but it is a powerful way to say thanks to your cleaning professional.
  14. Breakage/Loss
    Bayou Broom Company and its representatives are insured. In the event of any breakage/loss, please notify us within 24 hours of the service so that we may start to assess the damages and begin proper reimbursement procedures.
  15. Supplies
    If you own special products that you would like to have used on particular surfaces, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please contact our office to discuss prior to your cleaning so we might provide instructions to your cleaning professional.
  16. Limitations
    In no event shall Bayou Broom Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Bayou Broom Company's Internet site, even if Bayou Broom Company or a Bayou Broom Company authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
  17. Revisions and Errata
    The materials appearing on Bayou Broom Company's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Bayou Broom Company does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Bayou Broom Company may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Bayou Broom Company does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
